- Where is PlumpSip located? Our store is located at 4139 University Way NE, Seattle, WA 98105-6213, USA. All of our original tumbler designs are created right here in Seattle by our founder, Al-Matti Atieh Mohammad.
- Where do you ship? We currently only ship to physical addresses within the United States.
- How can I contact customer support? Please contact us primarily via email at contact@plumpsip.com. Our customer support team operates Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM PST, and we respond to all emails within 24 hours.
- Do you charge sales tax? No, we do not charge any sales tax on your orders.
Shipping & Order Tracking

How long will it take to receive my order? Your total delivery time includes handling and shipping:
- Order Cut-Off: 4:00 PM PST.
- Handling Time: 1 – 3 business days.
- Standard Shipping: 7 – 10 business days ($6.99, or FREE on orders over $149.00).
- Express Shipping: 3 – 5 business days ($10.99).
- Total Estimated Delivery: 8 – 13 business days for Standard Shipping.
- How do I track my order? Once your package ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking details to update on the carrier’s system. You can also track your status directly on our order tracking page using your Order Number and Email Address.
Product Details & Care (Stainless Steel Tumblers)
- Are PlumpSip tumblers made from safe materials? Yes! All of our tumblers are crafted from premium 18/8 food-grade stainless steel and are 100% BPA-free, lead-free, and non-toxic.
- How well do your tumblers keep beverages hot or cold? Thanks to our double-wall vacuum insulation technology, our tumblers keep drinks piping hot for up to 24–30 hours and ice-cold for 24–35 hours (or up to 5–6 days for ice retention, depending on the model).
- Will my tumbler sweat or leave water rings? No. Double-wall vacuum insulation prevents condensation from forming on the outside, keeping your hands and surfaces dry.
- Are your tumblers dishwasher safe? To preserve the custom artwork and vibrant finish designed by our founder, we strongly recommend hand-washing your tumbler with mild soap and warm water.
- Can I put my tumbler in the microwave or freezer? No. Stainless steel products should never be placed in a microwave. Placing the tumbler in a freezer is unnecessary and may damage the vacuum seal.
Returns & Exchanges
- What is your return policy? We offer a 30-day return policy for unused tumblers in their original packaging. All return requests must be initiated via email at contact@plumpsip.com.
- What if my tumbler arrives damaged or defective? Please inspect your package upon delivery. If your item is damaged or defective, email us immediately at contact@plumpsip.com with photos of the damaged product and packaging so we can arrange a quick replacement or full refund.
