- Order Cut-Off Time: 4:00 PM PST (Monday – Friday). Orders placed after 4:00 PM PST will begin processing on the following business day.
- Order Handling Time: 1 – 3 business days (Monday – Friday). Every tumbler is thoroughly inspected and packaged before being handed to our delivery partners.
- Weekend & Holiday Processing: Orders submitted over the weekend or on major US holidays will be processed starting the next business day.

We offer flat-rate shipping across the United States. We do not charge any sales tax on your orders.

Delivery Issues & Damaged Items
- Damaged Items: Please inspect your package upon receipt. If your tumbler arrives damaged or defective, email us immediately at contact@plumpsip.com with photos of the issue so we can send a replacement or process a refund.
- Incorrect Address: Please double-check your shipping details at checkout. PlumpSip is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the buyer.
- Carrier Delays: Transit times are estimates provided by logistics carriers (USPS, UPS, FedEx). PlumpSip is not responsible for unexpected transit delays caused by extreme weather, natural events, or carrier disruptions.

Return and Refund Policy
At PlumpSip, we stand behind the quality of our stainless steel tumblers and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.
Please note that we currently only operate and ship within the United States. All return and refund requests are handled exclusively via email.
30-Day Return Eligibility
We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your tumbler to request a return.
To be eligible for a return:
- The tumbler must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.
- It must remain in its original packaging.
- You must provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
How to Initiate a Return

- Send an email with your order number and the reason for the return.
- If your return request is approved, we will reply with a return shipping label and detailed instructions on how and where to send your package.
- Items sent back to us without prior authorization via email will not be accepted.
Damages, Defects, and Order Issues
Please inspect your package upon delivery. If your tumbler arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately at contact@plumpsip.com with photos of the issue so we can evaluate it and send a replacement or issue a refund as quickly as possible.
Exclusions
We cannot accept returns or process refunds for:
- Final sale items or clearanced tumblers.
- Gift cards.
- Items damaged due to improper use or normal wear and tear.
Exchanges
The fastest way to exchange a tumbler is to follow the return process for your original item. Once your return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new style or color on our store.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned tumbler, we will send you an email notification confirming whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be automatically processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please keep in mind that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to post the credit to your account.
